Dr. Justine Debelius is an Assistant Scientist at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, specializing in the human microbiome and its implications for health and disease. With a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Colorado, Dr. Debelius has a strong background in bioinformatics and systems biology. Her research focuses on understanding how microbial communities interact with host physiology, the role of microbial diversity in disease progression, and developing computational tools to analyze complex microbial data sets.
