The 2025 MSE Summit: Pathways to Microbiome Stewardship is a virtual working event designed for anyone invested in the intersection of microbiomes, social equity, and environmental health. Whether you're a researcher, policymaker, student, or community advocate, we welcome your participation.
Anyone can register for the open webinars on Monday and Tuesday right away. If you’re not ready to decide about joining a workshop, you can always come back and add yourself to the waiting list at a later date.
Note for Prospective Workshop Participants
If you wish to be considered for a workshop place, you must first complete your registration for the open webinars (Monday and Tuesday). While it’s possible to add yourself to the workshop waiting list without finalizing your registration, we won’t be able to review your eligibility unless you complete the full registration process.
To ensure your request can be properly evaluated, please finish registering for the webinars after adding yourself to one category of waiting list.
When you add yourself to the workshop waiting list, you’ll be asked about your workshop goals. Please provide thoughtful, specific responses rather than general statements like “upgrade my knowledge in microbiology.” The facilitators are looking for participants who can clearly articulate what they hope to achieve and how they can contribute to the discussion. They want to ensure these workshops are meaningful, valuable, and the limited places are filled with individuals ready to engage fully.
Choosing Your Ticket
To make the summit as accessible as possible, we’re offering a sliding scale registration model. You’ll be asked to select the option that best fits your situation. No explanation is needed.
Paid registrations help cover essential costs such as speaker honoraria, event delivery, and administrative support. They also support the long-term sustainability of the MSE group and its initiatives. If you're able to pay, we appreciate your contribution. If not, please don’t hesitate to take the no-cost option. We would much rather have you with us than have cost be a barrier.
